About Us

Overview

The European Milk Forum is a non-profit organisation which plays a vital role in driving the strategic development, management, and exchange of integrated information initiatives on milk and dairy across Europe.

History

The European Milk Forum (EMF) is a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) founded in 2011.
It was born from the common desire of several European dairy boards to collaborate and share their knowledge and experience on dairy in an open and connected world.

Role of EMF

A number of collective activities are undertaken by EMF to create a dialogue with key stakeholders including scientific roadshows, webinars and satellite symposia at major European events.
EMF then communicate factual information on dairy production and their place in a healthy sustainable diet, to allow people to make well-informed choices about the dairy products they consume.

Our Members

Today EMF is composed of dairy boards from 9 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Norway and Switzerland.
