The European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians (EFAD) hosted a webinar on 19 September. The webinar was supported by EMF.
The webinar, which was part of EFAD’s Malnutrition Awareness Week, featured an interview with Professor David J Armstrong and Dr Sandra Iuliano about her landmark study on the impact of providing extra dairy foods to older people in residential care.
The latter part of the webinar was a live discussion with Dr Sandra Iuliano, Pauline Douglas, EFAD Honorary Treasurer and Maria Armanda from ESDN Older Adults, which delved into the practical aspects of implementing this knowledge into dietetic practice.
