By combining expert insights, real-life farmer experiences and an immersive farm visit, this event will showcase how digitalisation, robotics, AI and innovative sustainable farming practices are already transforming dairy production across Europe.
Programme
The morning opens with welcome remarks and a keynote on building resilience in European livestock farming, followed by sessions on sustainable diets, the technological revolution transforming dairy farms (robotics, AI, digitalisation), and how collective data strategies can boost competitiveness and sustainability across the value chain. The event closes with remarks from a Member of the European Parliament, followed by a farm visit and networking lunch.
