EMF hosted a symposium during the 12th annual conference of the European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians (EFAD) in Berlin on 2nd November 2019.
The symposium explored the ‘matrix effect’ of milk and dairy products on health and was chaired by Pauline Douglas RD, Ulster University & Honorary Treasurer of EFAD.
